Michele is an acclaimed British contemporary jewellery designer, producing innovative and progressive collections in precious metals and gemstones.


She is also owner of Artisan Alchemy, a fine furniture and jewellery gallery located in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter.

Michele uses the ginkgo leaf as her logo because it expresses her love of trees, and is one of her most successful jewellery designs.

Michele's ethos is to champion independent, highly-skilled artisans, featuring the best designer-makers alongside her own  innovative jewellery collections. She also hires out workshop and communal bench space.


Michele trained at the internationally-renowned Birmingham School of Jewellery and later taught the Gemmological Association’s practical course. She has had many pieces exhibited over the years, and has won many awards, including the annual Royal Birmingham Society of Artists Prize.
